     For MS Word   

      1) Open  MS Word File  

      2) Go to Review given upper

      3) Click on Protect Document

         4) Click Yes In All

       5) Put Password

      




       For Excel   

      1) Open Excel File  

      2) Go to Review given upper

      3) Click on ProtectSheet

         4) Click Yes in All

       5) Put Password
