I am here to telling you, How can you change the 

background of any page in MS Word? 

How to insert any Image or Text in the back of the documents in MSword?

    

           

           1) Press Star Button+R in keyboard for open Run      
  command

            2)  Write winword

            3)  Go to Page Layout in the top

            4)  Press Page colour button

            5)  Choose Colour
